Conference registration is now open.

The easiest way to register is by using our online registration system. Credit cards are ONLY accepted for payment when using online registration.

You can also complete a fillable PDF. Please type the information into the PDF, not hand write. This allows us to enter your information with accuracy.

The form can be submitted by email, postal mail or fax. 

If you are using the PDF form, you may pay by bank wire transfer or by check or money order. If you use the PDF form, you may not pay by credit card. Consult the form for more details.

Conference Registration Fees and Policies 

Early Registration: On or before August 31, 2019 $850 USD

Regular Registration: On or after September 1, 2019 $1,050 USD

Interpreter or Guest Registration: $400 USD

Cancellations received in writing (via email) on or before August 16 will receive a refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations received on or after August 17 will not be refunded, however an alternate attendee can be submitted at no charge.

Full Registration includes:

  • Admission to all education sessions
  • Education session materials (electronic only)
  • Name Badge
  • Three Lunches (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
  • Daily Refreshment Breaks
  • Welcome Cocktail Reception (Sunday)
  • Gala Dinner (Wednesday)

Guest Registration includes:

  • Name Badge
  • Three Lunches (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
  • Daily Refreshment Breaks
  • Welcome Cocktail Reception (Sunday)
  • Gala Dinner (Wednesday)
