Member update information
In an effort to maintain up-to-date IOJT member records and to ensure your institute receives proper credit for the IOJT Membership payment, please complete the IOJT Member Institute Update Form.
Once the completed form is received by the IOJT, a Membership Fee Invoice in the amount of $1,000 USD will be sent to you and will include bank wire transfer instructions in order for you to submit your payment. This also allows IOJT to accurately track your payment. If you require additional time to pay the membership fee or other special payment terms, please do not hesitate to contact IOJT.
For Institutes facing hardship, you may submit a Member Institute Fee Waiver Request Form. Details regarding this process are included on the form.
