Member Update & Payment Information
In an effort to maintain up-to-date IOJT member records and to ensure your institute receives proper credit for the IOJT Membership payment, please complete the IOJT Member Update & Payment Information Form. Simply open the form, type information for accuracy, save the form and return via email.
Once the completed form is received by the IOJT, a Membership Fee Invoice in the amount of $1,000 USD will be sent to you and will include bank wire transfer instructions in order for you to submit your payment. This also allows IOJT to accurately track your payment.
As a reminder, should you require additional time to pay the membership fee or other special payment terms, please do not hesitate to contact us. In cases of hardship, an email addressed to the IOJT Board of Executives may be submitted for consideration. The Board may, among other actions, reduce, defer, exempt, or accept contributions in kind.
